Formation of the Trust –
On the occasion of Rao Dhuhad Ji Anniversary and Nagnechiya Mata Patotsav, on 25th March 2007, a grand public gathering was organized. The function was presided over by Maharaja Gaj Singhji and the then HE Vice President of India Shri Bhairon Singh Ji was the Chief Guest. This programme was organized under the guidance of various renowned spiritual saints.
In this meeting, problems of the Temple were discussed and with the mutual agreement of everyone, the decision was taken to constitute a Trust to manage this ancient historic spiritual place and to renovate the Temple.
Following this public order, on 5th May 2007, Maa Nagnechiya Mata Trust, Nagana was legally formed. Its registration with the Devsthan department, Rajasthan Government was done on 24th September 2007 whose Registration Number is 02/2007/Barmer.

On 28th May 2016, as per the rules of the Trust, a 51 membered management committee was constituted by the Trust for a period of three years for the daily management of the Temple, efficient and experienced senior manager and other employees have been appointed.
